I am 3 weeks post op and the inside of my nose hurts at sometimes. Is this normal and what causes it?

Yes, it can be normal, depending on what was done. This should improve over the next 3 weeks or so.

Yes. It is totally normal for you to have pain inside your nose 3 weeks after rhinoplasty surgery and for months after. Takes a very long time for those to heal.
