To address all of your skin laxity (and your likely umbilical hernia) you would need a tummy tuck. While J plasma is a great tool, you have too much skin laxity for it to be very effective.

The only procedure that’s going to give you a tight flat. Abdomen is a full tummy tuck.
Any attempt at skin tightening without direct surgical excision of skin redundancy will leave you disappointed.
Having skin laxity makes you a poor candidate for Liposuction and adding J plasma or other Skin tightening treatments isn’t going to do much.
I speak from firsthand experience.
I purchased and used plasma for about a year.
I literally saw no skin tightening whatsoever and none of my patients thought the device or treatment added anything of value.
I made objective skin measurements and saw 0% skin tightening.
I could not with good conscience recommend the treatment.
I’ve since sold the device.
I personally believe that eventually plastic surgeons will become honest and recognize this device completely fails to deliver anything more than what Liposuction alone can create.
Nobody has to have a tummy tuck.
Women choose to have this procedure because it’s justified to get skin tightening or muscle separation correction created.
Before making definitive decisions, I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
