i am a 4’11 and 80lbs female, so i am underweight but for some reason i have A LOT of fat in this area of my body. even at a higher weight it was there and way worse, that is my main reason for weight loss (to get rid of the back fat. but it doesn’t seem to budge. i am sure it is fat because i can pull on it and stuff, i have it on both sides. i am just confused on why i have it THERE considering i see it on no other females and i am underweight.

Answer: Liposculpting will fix localized fat deposits quickly and easily.
Hello
The most effective solutions for fibrosis that occurs after liposuction are massage, fat injection, and PLA injection. If a steroid injection is to be done, it should be done with great caution.
Fat dissolving injections will probably make things worse, not better. The only hope you have for improvement is by going to an experienced surgeon to do more liposuction, probably using a Vaser device with it. Even then I don't know how much improvement you can reasonably expect to see.
You could get liposculpture before having children, as it wouldn’t interfere with your ability to have kids. There’s no need to wait until after pregnancy. The recovery time is approximately 7–10 days.
