Hi,I suggest waiting until you are done having children. Your body will go through changes with pregnancy and after delivering. Once all your tissue has settled (typically 1 year out from having kids and breastfeeding) then you can seek consultation to decided what the best options are for you. There may be loose skin, muscle separation and fat distribution that need to be addressed as well. but first, let me explain to you how the waistline appearance works: it is basically a relationship between your upper body, waist line and hip / buttock projection, specially the relationship of the waist to hip ratio.
