Im not sure if I'll be disappointed in the loss of cup size with a lift alone. Im also apprehensive about a fat transfer because I've done it in a past procedure, to add filler in my lips, and the fat did not disperse evenly.
Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are very low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshaped your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift You have enough breast volume to just have a lift. If you want upper breast fullness, implants placed behind the muscle will do the best job.

Answer: Considering options If you are happy with the volume of the breasts and just want them higher you will likely need a conservative amount of additional volume. The most predictable way to achieve this is with implants. Fat transfer can cause asymmetry and may need further revision. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon to determine what is best for you.

Answer: My Recommendation Dear Practical545768, in order to achieve your desired goal and keep it, you would need breast augmentation with dual gel implants, this would give you an amazing result, also manage the asymmetry. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks! Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: Lift First You appear to have adequate volume to have a lift alone. Regardless, if more volume is desired, fat grafting is best as a second procedure and would require A LOT more fat than was necessary for your lips. This means it is mostly a liposuction surgery, with everything that is attendant to that surgery: significantly involving other body parts, and the need to care for those areas afterwards: compression, possible drainage, lymphatic massage, and the possibility of donor site defects.
