I had my 350cc silicone implants explanted in 2018. I’ve had 3 kids and breastfed for 6 years total. I am really not wanting to put a foreign object back in my body, I cannot seem to get on board with all of the potential side effects of a fat transfer. And honestly I am happy with having small breasts. It is just that they are saggy and my nipples are too large. What would a breast lift only do for me? I am embarrassed at all of the saggy wrinkled skin.
Answer: Breast lift If you simply have a lift your chest will be almost flat. Without an implant you are better off not having any surgery at all . And fat transfer will not give you enough volume.

Answer: Lift You could do a breast lift and raise the nipples and remove the excess skin. Just based on your photo, you don't appear to have much donor fat.

Answer: Natural Lift Only HI ris19, I understand your hesitancy about not wanting implants. once you remove the excess skin, you will be left with A cup breasts and as long as you are OK with a nice shaped and lifted A cup breasts, then you would be happy with the lift only. However, I recommend that you also reconsider fat grafting as if done correctly and at the right amount, it can provide you better shape and symmetry with a safe outcome. Given that your breast skin has lost support, I recommend that you consider an internal support as well. At Cosmoplastic Surgery, we have used the "Naturabra" technique that allows for your own breast tissue to act as an internal bra that supports the lifted breast while filling out the superior pole. We just reported our results of the past 18 years of over 700 breast lift cases at the 100th anniversary meeting of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons in San Diego in April 2022.

Answer: Breast lift sufficinet A breast lift alone would most likely be sufficient. This would tighten up the loose skin and reshape your breasts to make them perkier. An areola reduction can be performed at the same time. Implants would only be necessary if you want significantly rounder breasts.

Answer: Breast lift would help Hi rish1985, Breast lift or mastopexy can reduce skin excess in both the horizontal and vertical directions, while concurrently decreasing the size of the areola and moving the nipple to a more forward facing position. So....yes, a breast lift could address your concerns. However, these changes come at the expense of scars--at least around the nipple and vertical (from six o'clock of the areola to the inframammary fold), and possibly an inverted T incision. I would suggest meeting with a qualified plastic surgeon to better understand the tradeoffs of shape improvement vs. scars. Best of luck. Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
