Saddle and open roof deformity after primary rhinoplasty (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty about 7 months ago with terrible results unfortunately. I think I have a saddle and an open roof deformity due to the fact that too much cartilage was removed. My dorsum is basically flat, wide and dorsal lines which used to be well defined are basically invisible now. I'm wondering what are the chances that a revision rhinoplasty with rib grafts can give me back a frontview that kind of resembles my old nose and a straight profile. Thanks in advance for your answers
