I absolutely see what you see, and it’s a shame that your request was not respected by your Turkish surgeon, as you had a lovely nose to begin with. But there is indeed hope, and in my own practice, I have improved upon such cases as yours, where the original anatomy has been obscured by a differing aesthetic. You would need to be seen in person by a very skilled surgeon with decades of experience in revision rhinoplasty, because you now have three issues to deal with: your own anatomical configuration; the prior surgeon’s aesthetic decisions; and scar tissue. You will likely require a cartilage graft, which could be discussed more in detail at your consultation. I recommend that you consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon who has decades of experience with revision rhinoplasty to discuss your concerns and see what can be done to help you.
