I am having a revision to get pockets tightening and add galaflex but I hear a lot of girls say the galaflex is very painful and they can feel it poking on them. Which is the best to get if I need to close the gap and have my breasts lifted for more upper pole?

I can't comment on what others charge, but in my practice the additional cost is about $3500. This covers the cost of the material, as well as the additional surgical time, anesthesia, and facility. I've been using Galaflex with breast reductions for more than 8 years now and it is well worth...
Galaflex helps with support of implants or heavy breasts, so probably not needed in your case. Fat transfer doesn't seem likely to get you the result in the wish picture, though it is possible. Implants would be the most predictable.
I have been using Galaflex mesh in breast lifts for more than 7 years and I find it to be very helpful. There is a hernia mesh made of the same material under a different brand name, which has been used in millions of patients for many years with a good clinical record.
