Galaflex with fat transfer? (Photo)

Question

I used to have perfect perky Bs. Now, after breastfeeding 5 kids, they are deflated As, maybe? I need a mommy makeover but as part of it, I want about 350ccs added to each breast (guessing) with narrower cleavage lines and, again, my previous perkiness. Could I get that by using Galaflex or Galaform with fat transfer? I have a 36” chest. Hoping for the transformation in the photo.

Galaflex helps with support of implants or heavy breasts, so probably not needed in your case. Fat transfer doesn't seem likely to get you the result in the wish picture, though it is possible. Implants would be the most predictable.

You can achieve the image in the photo with implants.  Not with fat. 
Saline implants with galaflex would be an option.   Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon who does a lot of breast augs.  Fat will not give you the appearance of an implant unfortunately...even with the galaflex.
