Doctors what can I do to get rid of these lines on my face I'm only 20 years old and I look 70 I don't purfure fillers or injections I'm thinking about a mini face lift

You have a depression in the cheek area that creates a shadow.  This is best treated by adding volume to the area.  You have multiple options to add volume to the area.  They include:1)  Hyaluranic Acid fillers  (Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane)2)  Sculptra3)  Fat graftingIn my practice, my recommendation would be Restylane.  It works great in this area and if fully reversible.A mini facelift will not help with this issue.  I hope this helps.

mini facelifts :  at what age?the photos are difficult to see but its not likely that you need a lift..  fine lines, wrinkle, pores are best treated with chemical peels or laser treatments for you.   good skin care and retin a should help you after that

I see many patients with your problem. In some patients there will be a depression at the junction or transition area of the lower eyelids and the cheek. At your age one of the best ways to improve this is by injection of Hyaluronic acids into the crease. Is very effective and reversible. Another option is fat grafting. I recommend this after the patient has tried the Hyaluronic acid injections at least once (to see if the patient likes it) because the fat grafting is not a reversible procedure.My recommendation would be to at least try any of the Hyaluronic acid treatments for this area.I hope this helps, Dr. Diaz

The "lines"that are bothering you are related to fluid retention in the malar area. These are common and there is no good surgery to improve them. Some people have tried various technologies such as Thermage on them but with limited success. While fillers might be helpful to bridge the depression and make it appear more flat, they might also create more fluid retention in the area and worsen the look if not done with great care. My advice would be to try things to reduce the amount of swelling in your face, such as raising the head of your bed 8 inches, avoiding salt etc.

Given your age and photos, I would not suggest a mini face lift.   A face lift will not improve premalar creases.  These creases are best treated by replacing the missing volume.  Injectable fillers, such as Voluma, or free fat grafts will be a better and less expensive option.  Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.

The lines you have outlined are in the mid face. Neither a full or, especially, a mini-facelift will modify them. Instead, one needs to deal with the mid face. There are multiple ways to do this. At 20 years of age, it would be very unusual that a full surgical procedure would be indicated. However, use of a filler, either off the shelf or your own fat, is frequently a very reasonable choice. See a plastic surgeon experienced in facial rejuvenation for a full evaluation to see what is right for you.

Thank you for your question and photographs.  A facelift is intended to address features of facial aging, and at 20 you will not have aged sufficiently to benefit from one.  It is unusual for plastic surgeons to perform facelifts before the fourth or fifth decade unless there are other  factors that affected the skin (such as massive weight loss).  Your pictures are too small to be able to give you a good suggestion , but if you see a reputable plastic surgeon in your area they might be able to make other suggetions about what you could try.  If some one offers to do a facelift on you at this age I suggest you run in the opposite direction!
