Should I get a mini face lift at 20? (Photo)

You have a depression in the cheek area that creates a shadow.  This is best treated by adding volume to the area.  You have multiple options to add volume to the area.  They include:1)  Hyaluranic Acid fillers  (Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane)2)  Sculptra3)  Fat graftingIn my practice, my recommendation would be Restylane.  It works great in this area and if fully reversible.A mini facelift will not help with this issue.  I hope this helps.  

mini facelifts : at what age?the photos are difficult to see but its not likely that you need a lift..  fine lines, wrinkle, pores are best treated with chemical peels or laser treatments for you.   good skin care and retin a should help you after that
