Am I a candidate for a lollipop reduction? Starting size 32DDD, hoping to go down to a B. Want a natural shape, no cone shaped Madonna breasts please! 34 year old female, 5'4", 145-150lbs.
Answer: Breasts Measurements are needed to be certain, but you may have too much skin left over for just the vertical lift.

Answer: Lollipop breast reduction You are a good candidate for a breast reduction. Personally I would suggest the standard anchor pattern incision over the lollipop and here is why. They are essentially the same pattern and operation but the problem with the lollipop is the surgeon cannot control the distance from the nipple to the fold. When you have the anchor pattern you control this length by placing the horizontal scar. Essentially you set this distance which is very important to get a good shape and prevent bottoming out of the breast tissue. The other point to consider is the horizontal scar of the anchor is not visible so in my opinion you are getting a better looking breast with an anchor pattern while not really adding a visible scar and produce a longer lasting result. I wold not worry about a Madonna style pointing breast as that is quite hard to even do in someone with a wider breast which is your case and the reason most likely why you wish a reduction in the first place. I left a video link explaining this a little bit better.
