I’m a 36DD, I’II will be weighting 175lbs at the time of surgery, I’m 5’4” on my DL but an MRI showed that I’m 5’5”, maybe bc I was laying down… but right now we’re using the DL height, and I was told that I might be a 36B after the surgery based on the schurn scale, and that seems too small. When I calculated it says that I would have to remove about 460gm but the surgeon’s nurse said 500gm needs to be removed. Is that correct? I want to be a small C-cup, bc I do sports and I’m in the military.
Answer: Bellesoma Breast Reduction The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. This technique is not covered by insurance. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast reduction An exam is needed to provide more specific information, but if you are a DD and have 450g-500g of tissue removed per breast you will be smaller than a C cup. You can consider having a conservative reduction to get you to the C cup but it may not be covered by your insurance.

Answer: .Understanding breast reduction surgery. To get a quality assessment regarding a plastic surgery procedure and better understanding of what the procedure can and cannot deliver. I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your area. Equality consultation should include the review of multiple before and after pictures that should pretty clearly demonstrate what results are likely to look like. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of the previous patients were similar body characteristics to your own. Bring pictures of your own body, the same way plastic surgeons take before and after pictures and use those as reference during consultations. an experience plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing only the best results of a providers career may be insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider, what your results are likely to look like or how many of these procedures they’ve actually done. By reviewing multiple before and after pictures, you should get a good idea of what you results will look like. The plastic surgeon should be able to explain to you how much tissue should be removed and the impact that that’s going to have by showing you previous cases that were similar to your own. There shouldn’t be much of a guessing game involved if you’re in the hands of the right provider. Removing 500 g of tissue is going to make you a big cup. Probably removing 50% of your breast tissue will get you to an appropriate breast reduction outcome. if you’re not getting the care you need or your consultation was ins sufficient then consider having a follow-up visit with the surgeon or schedule a few more consultations with other providers.
