Yes, you can have a Vampire Facelift. I find this procedure is great for rejuvenation but needs to be combined with lasers, fillers, Sculptra for collagen building or skin tightening to get the ultimate results. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Dr. Emer.
Are you referring to the vampire breast lift ? If so, even though there are no indications so far that ties PRP injections to cancer, the fact that the growth factors released from the platelets like IGF-1, must always be considered in patients with active cancer or past history of cancer. If you are referring to vampire face lift I see no reason why you couldn’t but you may want to check with your oncologist before doing a treatment
There is no reason why you would not be a candidate for Vampire breastlift, Vampire Facelift, Vampire Facial, etc. Using your own blood plasma with its growth factors will improved oxygenation, shape and possibly sensation.
Absolutely. PRP treatment/therapy/procedure is the use of your own body's ability to heal. Depending on what you are trying to improve, whether it be scars from previous surgery, skin issues from radiation or chemotherapy treatments, or simply to improve a more natural youthful look, PRP treatments are safe for people with a history of cancer who are in remission. I have seen significant improvements using PRP for scalp hair restoration, face skin damage from chemotherapy disruption and for post chemotherapy vaginal tissue regeneration and improvements in my own patients. If an individual has active cancer it is best to discuss PRP treatments with the oncologist and PRP expert.
Even in the breast, it should be as safe as fat transfer to the breast when done by a qualified provider. Two separate studies showed that fat transfer to the breast post breast cancer (fat usually mixed with PRP as in the Vampire Facelift®) the women treated trended toward less recurrence. You'll find detailed research and a video in the research part of the official website for the Vampire Breast Lift®I hope this helps.Very best wishes.Charles Runels, MDInventor of the Vampire Facelift® procedure
If you are looking at a Vampire Breast Lift, the typical wait time for cancer survivors is 5 years. There should be no problem with PRP injections into any other areas. I would recommend that you also check with your oncologist.
Hi natastroud,Microneedling is perfectly safe. The growth factors act locally and only stimulate collagen formation. it also helps the skin to heal faster. All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
You don't mention what your goals are for the procedure, however assuming the candidate does not smoke, does not use anti-inflammatory medications prior to the procedure and has not contraindications, the procedure works well to rejuvenate tissues, by adding volume, improving shape, color and...
