I would like a good solution for right now and one for 1-2 years form now. Is there any skin tightening solutions or micro needling treatments that would slow the sag down for now?

If you are looking for great results that will last a long time, but do not want to undergo surgery the ALMI procedure is right for you! The ALMI procedure involves extracting the regenerative cells housed within fat from an area of your body, micronizing the fat particles, and then injecting them into areas to add volume as well as stimulate regeneration of new tissue. The process takes about an hour in the office, and the results are instant. The wonderful thing about using fat and regenerative cells is that these are your own tissue, not a man-made product. And on top of that, it is living tissue! After injected, the fat will get its own blood supply and become living tissue which allows it to remain where it is injected for several years.
