I completely agree with Dr. Pelosi. All I would add is that if you're interest in the O-Shot® is for help with orgasm or with libido, and if the Percocet is something that you take most days, then you may want to talk with your physician about the effects of pain meds on libido and or hormones. Opioid-like pain meds can lower the levels of some of the hormones necessary for sex. You doctor may need to measure and either adjust pain meds or add in some supplementation of testosterone. PubMed can provide you with research on "opioid" on "libido". If you're interested in the O-Shot® procedure for help with lichen sclerosus, dyspareunia, or urinary incontinence--then the Percocet would be less of a hindrance to your healing. Hope this helps. Keep us posted.
Even in the breast, it should be as safe as fat transfer to the breast when done by a qualified provider. Two separate studies showed that fat transfer to the breast post breast cancer (fat usually mixed with PRP as in the Vampire Facelift®) the women treated trended toward less recurrence. You'll find detailed research and a video in the research part of the official website for the Vampire Breast Lift® I hope this helps. Very best wishes. Hello, First, be proud that you gathered the courage to ask. Unfortunately, most women who suffer with the frustration of problems with orgasm never do discuss it with a physician. I'm assuming by "sex" you mean penis-in-vagina sex. But maybe you also mean oral sex? In general, orgasm is a very complicated phenomenon. Don't believe me, just for fun, ask any gynecologist or neurologist to give you a step by step explanation of an orgasm...watch for the blank stares :) I like to talk about the "Orgasm System" because so many things must work in concert (as a system): hormones, neurology, psychology, and the physical/mechanics of stimulation of the genitalia. All of these must be in order (and more) and any one can be off and make orgasm impossible. If anyone tells you that therapy or hormones or O-Shots® work all the time, then run. It takes thinking about it all to get the most pleasurable sex (which can be thought of as the cherry on top of good emotional, physical, and relational health). All the O-Shot® does is improve blood flow and possibly sensation if the vagina. But, that's a BIG think in some women. And it improves blood flow and sensation NOT just in the clitoris because the PRP materiel is also injected into the O-Spot (the place most distal from the bladder between the anterior vaginal wall and the urethra). This spot is just as important as the clitoris because it has the potential to rejuvenate the periurethral glands (the source of female ejaculation) and the blood flow and sensation around the urethra (which includes the clitoral complex). So, the O-Shot® is not a magic cure-all but it can be THE cure in SOME women. It can be part of the cure in others. The answer for you may depend upon which of these categories you fall into... 1. Never had an orgasm of any kind in any way. Not during sex, not with masturbation. This is the most difficult to treat. Most likely you'll benefit from hormonal analysis. Sometimes physicians over look the fact that birth-control pills drop testosterone levels and can make it difficult for a woman to orgasm. Prolactin levels can be high (not as common but it happens). You'll need someone who understands female hormones and sex in a deep way and you may benefit from a sex therapist. Yes, the O-Shot® may help you but, you're likely to need the other helps as well. 2. Can have and orgasm with masturbation and with a vibrator during sex but not with penis-in-vagina sex. Here part of the problem can be your lover's understanding of your body and your own. Again a sex therapist can help. And here, the O-Shot® is more likely to help as a stand-alone procedure. 3. Can have an orgasm with masturbation but not even with vibrator during penis-in-vagina-sex. Again, a combination of the O-Shot® and a better understanding of your body by your lover could be the best bet. But, the O-Shot® does do the trick here for some women. If you do decide to do the procedure, be sure to use one of our certified providers listed on the official website (to be sure following our protocol). Best of luck to you and your lover.
