Is it okay to fly the day after injectables in frown lines?

Question

I will be traveling to my hometown to get filler. Frown lines (which I have had done before) and possibly in the under eye area tear trough (which I have never had). Will flying back the same day or the day after be a problem? Sorry if that's a dumb question. I was just wondering because I am a person who experiences pretty bad ear pain when elevation levels change during a flight. Thank you for your answers!

Thanks for the question. You should be able to flying a couple of days after your surgery. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.

I can’t think of a reason you shouldn’t fly after filler or neurotoxin.  You may have mild swelling or bruising, but you should be fine.

Hey thanks for your question. You should not have any problems with traditional airline travel after receiving facial filler. Cover up any bruising with makeup.  Show off your rejuvenated look after getting the filler, smile lots!!

Yes, you can fly after getting demal fillers without any problem. Any injectable can cause bruising and swelling even after discontinuing asprin products 7 days prior. If you have any bruising, you can conceal it with make-up.

There is no reason you can't fly after filler injection. You may ne at slightly increased risk of swelling and bruising due to the decreased atmospheric pressure onboard, but the long-term effects should not be impacted.

Hello and thank you for your question. I dont believe you will encounter any issues flying after your injection, so long you take the standard post care precautions. As a side note, be careful when you get filler placed in your frown lines as that area is very critical and can easily be compromised on a vascular level.

Thank you for your question.  You should be able to fly immediately following your injectable treatment but you should be aware that with any injection there is the potential for bruising and swelling.  I hope that this answer is helpful!

As long as you realize that you may be somewhat swollen for the next one or two days after your fillers, there should be no issues with you flying. Swelling id associated with the treatment not the flying process. Good luck from New York City
