I had 6 months ago few drops of tear trough filler. 2-weeks ago this red bumped developed and it looks like is not going away. I have no pain no redness around this area. I think is cystic acne but little worried maybe the filler got infected. I had a botched tear trough filler which needed go be dissolved and caused awful hollowness (my own tissue was dissolved too) I only had few drops of filler placed in the skin which was kind of “sucked in” I am worried

Yes, you can have the filler done while under anesthesia for the BBL. This is commonly done. However, I believe it is probably better to have filler injections when you are awake. It is important for the injector to see you face with at rest and with animation while he/she is injecting the filler.
