best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  The cost of thigh lift varies based on geographic and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Thank you for your question.  The vast majority of patients who have had a gastric bypass don't benefit a lot from just a crescent thigh lift as there is too much loose skin which can't be removed with that type of lift.  The advantage, of course, is that the scar is hidden much better than a full medial thigh lift. The downside is less of a cosmetic change and it is very difficult to sit after surgery as the scar posteriorly runs right over the bone that you sit on.  An average cost for a crescent medial thigh lift is generally around $6500-7000 depending on how much needs to be done and how long it takes.
