Why is my ankle so swollen 2 weeks after surgery? (Photos)

After a medial thigh lift on December 19 right ankle is very swollen I called Dr he sent me to ER for ultrasound to check for blood clot dvt test came back negative with good blood flow told me to wear compression socks but it's not getting any better should I be worried also behind knee is very swollen
