I experienced massive weight loss. I have about 7 hard pea-to-marble-sized lumps near or in my excess leg skin which is going to be removed this summer. What are they? Should I have a dermatologist remove them before the leg plastic surgery? Or just ask the plastic surgeon to liposuction them out at the same time as the excess skin removal?
