Dear RaheemsWife2018,some patients will have drainage after surgery, others won't. Without an examination, it is hard to tell is everything OK. If you have any concerns, I suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon. Drainage after a BBL is usually very high on the first two days then drops off after the fluid is drained. All normal. You may call your surgeon to make sure he does not want you to "milk the drain" to make sure there are no clots (you may you tube several videos on this.Best of luck.Dr T
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.It is normal. Remember that every recovery is different. If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.Good luck :)
must be ball drain for two or three days after liposuction. Fat transfer procedures don't typically have much drainage except for where the liposuction was done. What you describe is typical. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
Hi and welcome to our forum!Drainage after BBL is variable. Some surgeons do not employ drains at all after BBL. If there is no drainage, it may be wise to milk the drains to ensure that they are not clogged. Your surgeon can instruct you about this maneuver. If they are functional, you may simply not be draining much fluid!Contact your plastic surgeon if concerned.Best wishes...
