Breast fat transfer to increase cleavage - does this have the effect of changing the inter-nipple distance?

Breast fat transfer does not increase cleavage but breast lifts can do that. It is possible to do a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

Breast fat transfer, or Lipo injection to the breast, is a procedure where fat is extracted from one area of the body and, after a process, the fat is seeded in the breast to enhance its shape and size. In that way, breast fat transfer by creating volume in the inner breast improves the cleavega area, but the nipples remain in their position. Adding fat to the inner breast area will not decrease the distance between the nipples. Usually, the amount of fat added will not increase the distance either. If too much is added, the distance could increase.

Breast fat transfer is a modest subtle procedure. It can increase breast size by approximately 1/2 cup or about 50% of breast volume. Why the procedure can make the breast slightly larger. It has very little impact on the shape of the breast, cannot change the nipple position in any significant way. The procedure is not good for breast projection, and will not create the illusion of having cleavage. To get breast projection, or create cleavage implants augmentation is a far better option.
Breast fat transfer does not change the shape of the breast in any significant way. The procedure is appropriate for women who are happy with the shape of their breast. Just want them slightly larger.
