I am wondering if I have fat transfer to my breasts to create more defined cleavage, in general, does this have the effect of changing the inter-nipple distance? Does it tend to bring the nipples slightly more medial?
Answer: Breasts Adding fat to the inner breast area will not decrease the distance between the nipples. Usually, the amount of fat added will not increase the distance either. If too much is added, the distance could increase.

Answer: Breast fat transfers does not increase cleavage Breast fat transfer does not increase cleavage but breast lifts can do that. It is possible to do a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

It can increase breast size by approximately 1/2 cup or about 50% of breast volume. Why the procedure can make the breast slightly larger. It has very little impact on the shape of the breast, cannot change the nipple position in any significant way. The procedure is not good for breast projection, and will not create the illusion of having cleavage. To get breast projection, or create cleavage implants augmentation is a far better option.
