Hello,It is possible to combine surgeries. Often breast lift or augment is combined with Tummy Tuck. The other surgeries you've mentioned will each come with their own post op downtime and discomfort. It is less than ideal to combine certain procedures because of limited movement and impaired healing as well as the combined length or procedures making the time under anaesthetic too long.I recommend that you speak with your Plastic Surgeon about your overall goals as well as your priority surgical goals and allow them to advise you about what would be reasonable, safe combinations for you. Thank you for your question. It is possible to have a vaginoplasty and butt lift at the same time. A BBL and breast reduction surgery should be done at different times. With a BBL you are required to sleep on your stomach during recovery which will not be recommended for recovering from a breast reduction. All the best,

Generally speaking, combination surgical procedures are done routinely. However, you are wise in being concerned about the safety of combination surgery; risks/possible complications do increase with increased length of surgery…  
It is best to evaluate each patient's suitability for combination surgery on an individualized basis. During this consultation process, after a complete history and physical, the SAFETY of combining these surgical procedures becomes of paramount importance. Plastic surgeon, anesthesia provider, duration of surgery, surgery facility all important considerations. Your best bet: choose your plastic surgeon very carefully; everything else including good judgment/advice/planning, anesthesia provider and safe surgery facility will follow. Best wishes.

It is not uncommon and often desirable from a
patient's perspective to combine procedures. It decreases downtime,
recovery, time away from work, and often the surgical cost. An example is a mommy
makeover where a breast lift/augmentation is performed at the same time as an
abdominoplasty. Another common combination is eyelid surgery concomitant with a
facelift. When combining procedures it is important to take into consideration
the risks, the operative time and the recovery. These issues should be
discussed with your board-certified plastic surgeon to determine if it is reasonable for you.

For best outcome and safe approach you will need to stage your surgeries.  A formal consultation will be your first step.  Only after that a meaningful and realistic plan can be made.  Two to three stage approach will be needed.  If your implied vaginal surgery is other than labiaplasty you might even need to be seen by gynecologist.Plastic surgeon and gynecologist can work as a team if needed.

Yes it is possible as long as your health allows longer surgery and the 2 surgeries do not interfere with one another. In a very healthy patient who is not obese I would typically consider a tt and reduction together and might even consider the labiaplasty, but this is a case by case decision. Studies have shown clearly that longer surgeries have progressively increasing risks including wound infections, DVT's and other problems. I would suggest the butt lift separately since the ideal positioning for recovery is so opposite that for the other procedures.
