Answer: Two surgeries at once? Is it possible? Thank you for your question. It is possible to have a vaginoplasty and butt lift at the same time. A BBL and breast reduction surgery should be done at different times. With a BBL you are required to sleep on your stomach during recovery which will not be recommended for recovering from a breast reduction. All the best,

Answer: Two surgeries at once? It is not uncommon and often desirable from a patient's perspective to combine procedures. It decreases downtime, recovery, time away from work, and often the surgical cost. An example is a mommy makeover where a breast lift/augmentation is performed at the same time as an abdominoplasty. Another common combination is eyelid surgery concomitant with a facelift. When combining procedures it is important to take into consideration the risks, the operative time and the recovery. These issues should be discussed with your board-certified plastic surgeon to determine if it is reasonable for you.
