My surgeon called them lots of things Lipomas Grauloma suture scar tissue I have had 4 big ones removed and still very many Im 6 months post we have massaged aggressively for 6 months. It wasnt until I had sent many emails before he started to reply and my revision he said would be painful I was awake for lumps removed and awake for flank revision numbed it but he went out of the areas he marked. I was numbed well when he removed the bigger lumps. I dont go back for another month for more shots

Okay, so now I understand why two different plastic surgeons were involved.  These are not lipomas.  They are almost certainly scar tissue around the dissolvable sutures  They could be described as suture granulomas, or they might represent fat necrosis, which can occur along the suture line of an abdominoplasty.  They typically soften over several years.  It is almost never necessary to cut them out.  Cutting each one out is associated with risks of its own.  I would not have them injected with steroids.  I think this is overly aggressive and can result in indentations from tissue atrophy.  If you leave them alone, they will be better, but the time frame you should be thinking about is years, not months.

Some patients develop suture granulomas which is basically lumps of scar tissue often focused at sites tof wound closures. Many times just re-excision is helpful.

Congratulations on having undergone the breast reduction and  tummy tuck operations.  As you know, suture related problems are not uncommon after these types of operations. Sometimes   problematic sutures need to be removed for patients to  go on to heal  completely.  Sometimes, additional treatment may be helpful when it comes to improving scar appearance.  Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with long-term.
