Question

I flew out of the country 35 days ago to Colombia to get a rhino. I asked for the doctor to lift my tip some but don't make my nose pointy or skinny. I literally woke up to exactly pointy & skinny. He fractured my nose somewhere and claims that's all he did. I feel like he put an implant in my nose because it's so high off my face & pointy now. Under my eyes are still bruised and I look very tired and awkward now. I regret this surgery & just want to look like my normal self again. Please help.

Yes this can be performed.  Your photos are grainy and cut off so it is hard to determine if it can be done in you.  A variety of maneuvers may be used alone or in combination.  They include: osteotomies and shim graft to the lateral osteotomy site, spreader grafts, and dorsal onlay graft.  Others may be indicated as well.  It all depends on the anatomy and goals.

Osteotomies are performed to narrow the nose, especially to close an open roof when a dorsal bump is taken down.  Refracturing them to widen them may cause other problems.
