What's the best remedy to re-open belly button after Lipo?

Question

I just had secondary Lipo on abs and flanks, but after the 1st time (long story) my belly button healed horizontally & nearly closed, possibly because of scar tissue. This time I want to make sure I get it back opened. My Plastic Surgeon said either the cotton ball and marble tricks will be effective, but can any one tell me their trick & results 1st hand? I just had surgery 4 days ago, but I want to be proactive throughout the entire process, so this will be the LAST surgery! Thanks

There are a number of techniques you can use to stretch out a belly button after revision for contracture.Before any device is placed in the belly button to stretch it out, it must be completely healed. You should also have approval of your surgeon.
Gauged ear
