Hello dear professionals.10 days ago I underwent lipo from upper abs and flanks with fat transfer to breast to correct minor irregularities after breast augmentation with implants. I'm big framed-173cm(5feet8) and 74kg(165lbs) and work out a lot with weights.Surgeon told that he will remove maximum of fat he can-more than he will need for transfer(60 cc). After surgery I was told that he could remove only 500 cc of fat because there were only fibers and not so much fat.How is that possible?
