How can I get my body to stop forming a seroma? I had it drained twice after surgery and it keeps coming back. (Photo)

I had direct excision of skin and liposuction on 2/16. I had 2 drains which were removed on 2/20. Left drain output was 22ml/day,right drain output was 18ml/day. 4 days later, my surgeon drained a seroma on my lower back. He drained it twice now. He said if it keeps filling, he will need to re-insert a drain. How will this solve the problem? Even If a drain is re-inserted, won't the tissues keep producing fluid regardless? I'm worried and depressed since I can't exercise and feel I'm not healing
