Could liposuction to the thighs cause nerve or muscle pain 30 years after surgery?

Would a spinal injury from a car accident effect the areas where lyposuction was performed? I have no pain in my back, only front of legs and occasionally buttocks exactly where lypo was performed. MRI shows back issues, exrays to hips and knees don't show any problem. I'm active and healthy, but have curtailed walks , dancing, exercise (except for stretches) for 6 months. and have canceled all work/travel speaking engagements for six months now.

You have two options. The nonsurgical option is extra compression of the area of the seroma formation. If this does not work, I would suggest not placing another drain but placing progressive tension sutures to obliterate the potential space.
