I has recently got these red spot on my butt cheek. I had a BBL. What are these?
Answer: Red spots after BBL. What are these? Looks like bruising which is normal after a BBL. Make sure to follow up with your PS to make sure everything is healing as expected.

Answer: Red Spots after BBL Based on the photos, that appears to be normal bruising that is to be expected after the procedure. Follow up with your PS to discuss with him/her your concerns.
