Based on the photos, that appears to be normal bruising that is to be expected after the procedure. Follow up with your PS to discuss with him/her your concerns.
I am not sure that there is anything abnormal presented in the picture. Other signs such as hardness, redness, warmth, etc. need to be evaluated.

These appear to be normal bruises. The cannula used to inject the fat can hit the underside of the skin and cause them. Talk to your surgeon, but this will resolve in a couple weeks.
