Is it possible to get a Kim Kardashian diaper butt BBL? (photo)

Did Kim kardashian get a BBL or rather silicone injections/implant? And is it possible to have a terrible outcome or even a good outcome and it turn bad years down the road? Is it possible to look like this after having children or gaining weight? Why does she look like this? This is the only thing standing between me and my choice.
