I don’t have bad tear troughs or saggy eyes or puffy/fatty pockets, but my under eye area is super hollow it’s kind of ridiculous. I’m not underweight and I drink tons of water but my eyes still look hollow and sunken underneath (fine on top though) Solutions? Pls ignore my bedhead in the photos

Answer: Under eye areas The under eye area can be addressed with filler injections or with surgery. Surgery is generally best for puffiness which might be age-related or genetic. In younger patients, filler injections are what I recommend most commonly and can be used to decrease hollowness under the eyes. Be sure to see an expert who can review all of the surgical and non-surgical options with you in detail during an in-person exam and consultation. All the best,

Answer: Fillers will be best solution I would expect that you will get many responses suggesting a range of treatments. In young patients like yourself, the best option is filler injections. Although you dont feel there are hollows, there is excavation at the bottom of the bags that can be addressed with filler injections very effectively. I would definitely avoid surgery, prp, needling etc. Surgery is excessive and PRP/needling won't work for you.Best of luck for your treatment.
