Upper eyelid filler injection is one possible treatment option that is very effective. You may also have mild ptosis.

Hi Nka247,Thanks for reposting. Sorry to hear of your continued frustrations.No surgeon will guarantee symmetry, as the shape of the eyes were asymmetric to begin with.  That being said, the eyes could be brought closer to symmetry with a lateral canthoplasty to the “sadder” looking eye, to lift the lower eyelid.   And a browlift will help open the eyes moreso than they are.Wait until the Botox has worn off to decide if you want additional procedures.Best wishes,Dr. Jay

Swelling and  asymmetry can take a year to fully resolve.  However, at this point the very open eyes you are looking for are best achieved with a brow lift ( which I perform through a temple incision in the office.  You might make a minor revision to improve symmetry at the same time. However,  revising the eyelids is not going to correct the "sad" eyes..which are due in part to slightly decreased distance after surgery between brow and eyelid crease.
