Where can I get a nose job for less than $5000?

As others have stated, I would not recommend picking your rhinoplasty surgeon based on price. You want to get the best possible result the first time. During your consultation, be sure to express your concerns regarding the changes you would like to see made to the nose. Some surgeons do offer free consultations, so you would be able to meet with them and discuss everything in detail. Be sure to see a surgeon who specializes in facial surgery.

Thanks for your question- Facial plastic surgery is not something that you want to price shop like this for. By paying less, it increases your chances to have a poor outcome. Let that sink in... The less you pay, the higher your chances to have a poor outcome are. You get what you pay for.Rhinoplasty is one of, if not THE most difficult procedure to perform on a human. It's intricate, complicated, and no two surgeries are the same. You're not only paying for expertise, years of training, but also a complete surgical experience with your surgeon (my patients get unbridled access to my cell etc... but you're also paying for facility fees and anethesia. Please change your search criteria for your rhinoplasty and if you can't afford it during this season of your life... don't do itI don't mean for this to sound harsh but I've sat with too many people who have made terrible decisions based on price alone. Hope this helps and God Bless!Dr. Robb

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Cost of rhinoplasty varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose  your surgeon based on quality results, not Price.  The nose is the most central feature on your face, and you want to get it done right first time.  A revision rhinoplasty will cost you more in the long run. I would advise you not to choose your surgeon based on price. Even if you find a surgeon who's fee is $5000 or less, there are added costs for the surgery facility and anesthesiologist. 
You want to choose your surgeon based on experience and skill not price. If this is something you cannot do at this point then wait to save a little extra money. You'll be glad you did. There are also other financing options through care credit or your bank. Explore those before finding the least expensive surgeon around.

You have one chance to do your surgery right the first time. Picking a surgeon by price is foolish and can lead to much unhappiness and even more expense with a revision surgery. Find the best surgeon, and take the time to save the money you need. 

Dear texasgirl, I would suggest that you seek consultations with some experts in the field of rhinoplasty surgery. Most surgeons provide complimentary consultations so you will not be out of pocket for these expenses. Have imaging performed to see your proposed results and once the desired nose is decided upon then the surgeon will discuss the technique which will be used. At this time a surgical fee will be discussed and when you find the surgeon that you are comfortable with you can save the money for your procedure. Revision surgery is very expensive so please make sure you are in expert hands and base this on the surgeons before and after photographs, read the surgeons reviews here on real self to ensure their expertise and then make an informed decision.
