I had a baby and gained a lot of weight. I had implants in 2017 and one still looks great and the other just looks... not. I don't know what made them go so differently but I'm hoping there's something I can do for the one.
Answer: RE: non surgical options for a breast lift Hello dear ladylerm, This is Dr. Hong from Fresh Clinic in Seoul. I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your breast. Unfortunately, there are no nonsurgical options available to effectively contour the breast in this situation. I strongly recommend visiting a mammologist for a thorough evaluation of your breast condition. It’s important to check the placement of your implants as well, to rule out issues such as rotation, contracture, or rupture. Once you have the results of this exam, it will be much clearer what steps to take next, whether that involves removal, replacement, or another approach.I sincerely hope you find a skilled clinic to address this issue, and I encourage you to consider more body-friendly options in the future, such as breast fat transfer, which uses your own body fat for natural-looking results. Wishing you all the best,Dr. HongFresh Clinic (Seoul)

Answer: Asymmetric Breast Implants Thank for your for your question and the photos you provided. I would recommend going back to your original surgeon and getting an in-person exam. Your plastic surgeon can tell if there are any implant issues causing asymmetry. Your body goes through a lot of changes during pregnancy and after, as you know, so sometimes fat, breast tissue, skin can all contribute to the changes that occurred in your breasts. Good Luck!

Answer: I dont think you need a breast lift My Lady, Thank you for sharing the photos. Looking at the photo I see some breast asymmetry and the nipples pointing in different directions. This is likely to difference in the position of the implants. Your best option is likely removal of your implants and replacement of new implants. Another option would be fat transfer to the breast to try to correct the asymmetry. I dont think you need a breast lift. Wishing you the best of health, Dr Wright.
