I am wondering if it would be possible to simply reduce the size of my nipple and relocated them higher. My breast appear to be tuberous and it's something I would like to correct. I am not looking for larger breast but rather a touch up for them to look symmetrical and perkier.
Answer: What is the least invasive method to correct smaller but misaligned breast? Your breasts can be reshaped and the nipple areolar complexes elevated and made more symmetric with an in office procedure. While your breasts will not be as "perfect" as a surgical result, you will have no surgery and no scars and your breasts will be significantly improved. I employ a radiofrequency technology to tighten the breast ligaments, elevating the breast on the chest wall as well as reshaping the breast itself. The nipple areolar complexes are elevated as the skin between the collar bone and N/A complex is shortened. Your left breast is tubular and would require a relaxation of the breast tissue ligaments that have herniated into the areola making it appear stretched and bulging. This can be done with subcision (a.k.a. Rigotomies--named after the Italian surgeon who described this maneuver); subcision uses a sharp needle to divide the restrictive breast ligaments helping to recreate a more natural breast shape. Please let me know if you have any additional questions about this non surgical alternative

Answer: Balance From your photos, you will need a vertical scar with your lift. A donut lift/circumareolar lift will fail you over time. Many patients will wish for "minimal" surgery and they end up with minimal results. Unfortunately, you have 4 posts now that completely disagree with each other. You will need to see several doctors in person to get a formal opinion. good luck.
