Breast tighteningtherapies do not work without skin excision. Many women refuse breast lifts because of the vertical scars associatedwith the traditional techniques. Forthat reason, a new technique was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creatingupper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall andmore medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralismajor muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensationand the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Thanks for your question! If is difficult to answer without seeing photos/examining you. Speaking in broad terms, a scarless breast lift is best for women with smaller breasts (A and B cups). Radiofrequency skin tightening is a great way to tighten the skin of the breast, the "breast envelope." Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss: -Bodytite with Morpheus to the breasts-ThermiTight to the breastsGood luck!
Non surgical breast lift has many advantages. It leaves no scars, it have a very low risk of complications. Specifically Non surgical breast lift does not risk loss of nipple or risk loss of nipple sensation. Non surgical breast lifts also does not interfere with future breast feeding. The transcutanous tightening technologies that Thermage and Ultherapy etc. just don't do enough to tighten the skin to give much of a breast lift. The slightly more invasive RF technology's life BodyTite and Renuvion give nice effective breast lift and still have all the advantages compared to open surgical breast lift.
At my office I recommend the Morpheus 8 with PRP. This provides a nice tightening and rejuvenation of the breast skin while also effecting a lifting effect. I often recommend mixing a high G' hyaluronic acid filler with the PRP to provide a natural, more full appearance. The results can last 1-2 years. Many patients return annually for a touch up. I hope this helps. Have a great day
These modalities are not for breast tightening. The only way to change the position of the breasts on the chest is through a breast lift.
Hello and thank you for your question. Thebest advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Generally speaking, noninvasive techniques do not lift the breast or tighten the tissue at all. The better option is a breast lift surgery. Make sure you specifically lookat before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgeryperformed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. I recommendthat you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon whocan evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Although there are probably some doctors who offer non-surgical breast lift options, I would be wary of holding high expectations. These technologies offer only subtle tightening, and the weight of the breast is likely to quickly overcome any beneficial effect of treatment.
Thank you for your question. I find of therapy to be underwhelming outside of the face. Your best bet would be either ThermiTight or Body tite radio frequency for non-surgical breast lift. We offer all three modalities in our practice. You would need a consultation to see which you are the best candidate for.
Hi Lauren_88, You're going to be hard pressed to find a plastic surgeon recommend a non-surgical device to do something that they do very well surgically. You will find aesthetic "docs" and nurses who will enthusiastically recommend them because that's all they do! We find these skin tightening devices have their place when used strategically as an adjunct to surgery. But they are no substitution. When the amount of money you see if required for these treatments versus the results, you will reconsider just waiting until you are ready for a surgical lift. We promise!
These treatments will be ineffective in addressing mammary ptosis. The degree of tightening would be so minimal as to be a total waste of money. The only viable treatment is surgical, with variation in technique and incisions depending on the degree of sagging.
