I'm wondering which is best for someone with broad shoulders? I don't really want the natural look and I really need the upper fullness and love the cleavage. Would high profile or moderate plus be better for the look that I want? I don't want to look heavier either. I'm attaching a pic of my boobs and 2 pics of wish boobs

Answer: Implant Size And Projection Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. The fact that you've stated you do not want a natural look and do want upper pole fullness would lead me to suggest that you may be happiest with the look of a full/high profile implant. Ultimately this will mean a bigger implant with more volume than what your moderate implant would be. I recommend that you meet with a board certified Plastic Surgeon in person to talk about your goals and options. They will be able to advise about the specific implant sizes which fit you.All the best

Answer: Moderate Plus or High Profile? Thanks for your question! It ultimately comes down to your goals and your desired end result. I would suggest trying on implants (if your plastic surgeon allows you to do so) so that you can see what you like. Generally speaking, high profile will give you a more "fake" look. Good luck!
