First, we all are asymmetrical and this is to our advantage. You face on the photo is tilted and appears your left eye is lower. If you adjust the horizontal position of your eyes using a simple graphic editor this illusion disappears. However, you definitely have a different apertures on one side. My recommendations are quite different that my colleagues. Yes, Botox/Xeomine or Dysport can definitely increase the eye's aperture! It should be enough to place just 1 single unit of Botox in the lower eyelid of the most proximal aspect of the palpebral part of the right OO muscle. At your age it should definitely work well and will very gently lower the level of the right lower eyelid edge! The dose can be adjusted in minute increments to avoid creating an excessive laxity of the lid. This would be the very first step at a minimal cost ( 1 unit should not cost more than $ 13-15). If for some reason there is no improvement, then I would seek recommendations from an Oculoplastic Surgeon. Small doses of Botox can do wonders in many areas of the face. Unfortunately, there is minimal interest in administering small doses and charge per number of units for obvious reasons. It is very easy to convince patient that it will not work. It never works if you don't try. There are much higher chances someone will do it if the charges are not per unit but by the area. Good luck!
