6 weeks PO breast fat transfer and lipo. Will my lower abdomen even out and get smaller? (photos)

Question

Day 7 I noticed my lower abdomen was very swollen and looked like it was retaining a bunch of fluid. My doctors NP and I decided to drain the fluid with a srynge. After a few days I notice the puffiness was still there but I now have what looks to me like a second belly button. I notice a difference in my waist and flanks. However my inner thighs, upper back, upper & lower stomach does not look like I had Lipo. What can I do to correct the issues?

You are still very early in your healing phase.  The best thing at this point is to keep close communication with your plastic surgeon and follow all post operative instructions.  Best wishes.

You are still very early out from your surgery, so I would first check with your surgeon again to make sure the swelling is not actually a collection of fluid. If it is verified that it's not a fluid collection and is indeed just swelling of your tissues I would recommend you use compression garments 24/7 and make sure you're taking it easy and not trying to do too many activities, as this is one reason you might be swelling up this much.
