Would breast fat transfer's increased volume make the breasts more likely to sag after pregnancy and breastfeeding? Or would the fat transfer give it more structure and not make the breasts sag?

Answer: Breast sagging after fat transfer and pregnancy The larger volume of the breasts after fat transfer does not necessarily lead to sagging more, as there are a lot of other factors at play including how much your breasts change in size during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and how much weight you gain or lose and how quickly this happens. I do not think that fat transfer would make your breasts less likely to sag, although perhaps with the increased volume the appearance of sagging would be less because the skin is filled out more.
