Hi there! I have been looking into fat grafting for hip dips, and breast. Recently I was told by a doctor that I could opt to use cadaver fat if I didn't have enough on me to transfer. Is this safe? I am not seeing many reviews about it,. It's my understanding that fat cells have to be living in order for a fat graft to be successful, so I'm curious as to how this works.
