I used the Brava device for about 5 weeks as advised by my first surgeon, it was irritating, and made the skin around my breasts red/pink/purple. I stopped for about 3 weeks, changed surgeons, and it turned brown. Then I had my surgery, and now it's about 4 weeks post op, so about 7 weeks I stopped using the Brava. It's some what getting lighter but it still looks pretty brown and bad. I've been applying Arnica Gel and Emu Oil on it. Will this be permanent? Would I need to do laser treatments?

Fat will not prevent sagging. I would suggest avoid any transfers until about 6 months after stopping breast feeding to let your breasts return to what shape and size they will be. You might find that you don't' need fat or need implants instead.
Unless your sister is an identical twin, she cannot donate fat to you. You probably need implants to achieve the size and stability you need. Fat will not give you 2 cups long term, but one half to one.
If you have a living identical twin, fat transfer is possible. Otherwise, the fat would be rejected.
