When can I start heavily working out? Like HIIT classes with weights and fast pace, and will I loose the fat in my boobs when i start working out again?
Answer: Fat You need to be very careful with your activities for 3 months, or you may lose fat, especially with running and bouncing.

Answer: Working out after fat transfer to the breasts You should always follow the guidelines of your surgeon, however after fat transfer to your breasts, I tell my patients to avoid heavy exercises or exercises that require a lot of bending or twisting for 4 weeks. This allows the fat donor sites to heal, and allows your breasts to heal as well because they will be quite swollen and need extra support when you first start to exercise (and you don't want to put on a really tight sports bra during this time). After the 4 weeks, I allow my patients to slowly work back up to their normal activities. Working out too early can also cause sweat to get into your incision sites, which are not fully healed yet.
