As far as I can see from your photos, your nose wings are wide, I can recommend alar base plasty for this, and as it appears from the photo, your skin structure seems to have normal skin thickness, it will be appropriate to file your nasal bone and lift the tip of the nose higher, for this I recommend you rhinoplasty operation.
