Hello I’m a 38 year old woman that has had two 9lbs babies. Both delivered by cecerean. My concern is….with my first baby I was suffering from frequent urgency & bladder spasms. I worked out during the pain disregarding it knowing something was wrong. But after working out so much it had gone away. Second baby delivered gained so much weight during Covid. It’s back. Hi there, your concerns are very common after pregnancy. A tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, addresses this well, it's the BEST operation we have for excess skin of the tummy, which you have from pregnancy. It includes removal of the panniculus. A panniculectomy on its own is not recommended for you.
