I had drainless extended tummy tuck, Lipo to flanks and lateral thighs, and bl/ba 6 months ago. I have never been flat. I swelled up substantially. My doctor only had me in a binder which never seemed to get tight enough in my ab area because I have very wide hips. I now have loose skin that starts right above my belly button and continues to my scar line. My PS said is spongy skin, I need to wait 6 months. Does spongy skin tighten or I am wasting 6 months waiting for revision &can it be fixed?
