Dents/sutures above incision line after Drainless Tummy Tuck - is this normal? (photos)

Asked By:Lelelal in Duluth, Minnesota

I had a tummy tuck 6 years ago, had weight gain over Covid, lost 40 lbs had extra skin, I went in for a scar revision to get rid of excess skin. My incision looks good besides the huge two dents right above my incision, it looks like a random suture. After researching it looks like it's possibly a progressive tension suture, but wondering if it's normal to be this deep? I get the pulling feeling every time I move
