I had a tummy tuck 6 years ago, had weight gain over Covid, lost 40 lbs had extra skin, I went in for a scar revision to get rid of excess skin. My incision looks good besides the huge two dents right above my incision, it looks like a random suture. After researching it looks like it's possibly a progressive tension suture, but wondering if it's normal to be this deep? I get the pulling feeling every time I move

Thanks for your photos and questions. There can be residual swelling for up to a year.
I would suggest an Ultrasound to ensure there isn't seroma contributing to the swelling. If that's negative you could try lymphatic massage. That can often improve difficult swelling.
