Answer: Revision Rhinoplasty Hi @Considerate49463. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination. Best of luck, Dr. Nima

Answer: Considering your revision rhinoplasty options Thank you for submitting your question. Many people unhappy with their previous rhinoplasty results enjoy better results with a revision. For a non-surgical solution, injectable dermal fillers can lift the dorsal hump and may provide the straighter profile you’re looking for. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your situation and develop the best treatment plan to address your concerns.

Answer: Is revision rhinoplasty worth it? Thank-you for your question. Your single picture is difficult to assess but if you feel that your bridge is too low, a revision rhinoplasty may help you. Revision rhinoplasty is however more difficult and more risky than the first procedure. You can opt for a non surgical option. Fillers can help you get a higher dorsum , which can be tailored to exactly the height you want. Fillers can last for two years, and repeated after that. Please discuss your concerns with your Plastic surgeon who can help you achieve what you are looking for. All the best!

Answer: Is a revision rhinoplasty "worth it"? Thank you for sharing your question and postop rhinoplasty photograph. Has the dorsum been lowered too much? It's hard to say in the view provided as your face is slightly rotated, which will make the dorsum appear slightly lower than it will on the directly side-on true profile view. Overall, your nasal dorsum appears slightly sloped (perhaps a little over-resected). Although, based on this one view you appear to have a good result. I often advise a patient considering revision rhinoplasty to only proceed with a revision if they are absolutely certain that they would like to make a change. You're right that it is scary to think about going through a second, or revision, rhinoplasty operation. The stakes are much higher, the procedure more difficult, and usually more expensive. If you are "going back and forth" with your decision I would not advise you to proceed with a revision. I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you the best of luck. Kind regards, Dr. Harmych
